What is the warranty products?




Warranty and Return policy for B2C  - personal consumer

100% satisfaction or your money back

Cancellation of orders may be made while the order has not been shipped. If it has been issued, it will be treated as a return.

Return policy

We want you to stay 100% satisfied with your purchase, so, we give you the right to cancel the contract in accordance with the following terms. You can do this by giving us notice before you receive the goods, or by giving notice no later than 7 working days after the day you received the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation in our sole discretion if we believe in our reasonable opinion that this right is being abused (such as you are not genuinely using it just to evaluate the goods). All products must be packed ibn the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. We give you 7 additional working days for you to make the return.

To return a product has no additional costs, you only need to cover shipping costs. Contact us at deskandsit@deskandsit.com and we will manage it.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty: From 1 to 10 years (12 months warranty if nothing is indicated).

If you have any questions or need to use the manufacturer's warranty, you can do so by sending an email to deskandsit@deskandsit.com. In the event of a defective product, DESKandSIT will proceed, as appropriate, to repair or replace, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user. The consumer and user must inform DESKandSIT of the lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it.

Costumer service and inspection on delivery

IMPORTANT: At the time of receipt of the order, the packaging must be checked. In the event that it presents any damage, deterioration, impact or anomaly, it must be noted on the carrier's delivery note. When you receive the goods you should immediately inspect them for damage and faults, and you should inform us by end of the following working day if you consider that the goods are faulty or damaged, otherwise the goods will be considered to have been correctly delivered, free from damage or faults and in good working order. This will be without prejudice to any damage or fault you could not have discovered on reasonable inspection of the goods. If necessary, please contact us by e-mail (deskandsit@deskandsit.com) to indicate problem details with pictures. We will try to solve your problem as quickly as possible. Do not forget that for any claim you must keep the original packaging.

All DESKandSIT’s products are easy to assemble. In addition, in many products you will find a list of our assembly instructions which you can download and print right from your own computer (To view these instructions you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader) or even you can see Youtube videos.

Where can I send my orders?

We can deliver your orders in the following countries *:

* If your country is not listed, contact us to confirm you availability. The price for deliveries to some islands should be consulted and a minimum purchase can be requested (Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Isle of Man, Channel Islands)

Estimated delivery times

In DESKandSIT you will find products for immediate delivery that you will receive within 4 business days, delivery in 9 days and the rest delivered in 15 working days. The periods that are marked are valid for deliveries in Mainland Spain, the Balearics and Portugal*. If you buy products with different delivery times,we will inform you how it will proceed in the delivery.

To make you easier to distinguish the delivery time, in each product file you will find the deadline for peninsular Spain.


* Delivery to Europe (except Spain and Portugal) will increase by 4 to 6 days the delivery time.
