Technical details Locker room bench

 

Frame made of steel tube 30x30x1.5 30xx1.5 and legs.

Entire weldment by arc welding under inert atmosphere.

The structure is subjected to a process of degreasing and phosphating amorphous, later receiving a powder paint finish expoxidíticas based resins, epoxy-polyester specifically, thermoset oven.

The seat is made from fibreboard 18mm Dm its top face covered by a high-pressure laminate on its underside and by compensating. Edges and rounded corners and varnished.

Cap structure-Linking is accomplished by threaded bolts galvanized agglomerates.

The bases of the ends of the tubes are in polythene.
